Cela-Stanca Neamțu, (she/her) visual artist, (b. 1905, Craiova, Romania) of Romanian ethnical background, has lived in Romania.
Arrest under communist regime
She was arrested on January 24, 1952 and administratively interned for 24 months, a sentence later increased by another 24 months. She served her sentence in the prisons of Jilava, Văcărești, Târgșor. She was released on September 21, 1955.
