Ana Henrieta Neczpal was arrested on the morning of April 16, 1968, after attempting to illegally cross the Romanian-Yugoslav border through the Stamora-Moraviţa point, in a hiding place created in the car of her fiancé, Reiter Martin.[1]. She was sentenced to one year of correctional imprisonment for attempted fraudulent border crossing by sentence no. 88/1968 given by the Timiş Military Tribunal[2]. She served her sentence in Timișoara and Oradea penitentiaries, since 27 dec 1968[3]. She was released on October 29, 1968, based on Decision no. 985/1968 of the Council of State, being pardoned from the rest of the sentence[4].
